Essay, Interview, and Prior Experience
All applicants will submit an essay dealing with contemporary issues in mathematics education, participate in an interview dealing with aspirations and goals for earning a PhD, and submit evidence of prior successful experiences. For prior successful experiences provide evidence of successful mathemaitcs classroom teaching in K-12 or post secondary, provide a listing of: publications or grants, honors or awards for mathematics teaching, professional development provider experience, or a teaching portfolio.
